Step 3: Consultation, Proposal & Booking
After our discovery call, we’ll determine the best service for your needs. Here’s how the next steps will work:
Staging Services

Occupied Home Staging Consultations require payment to book. We’ll walk through your home and provide a customized plan to highlight its best features.

Vacant Home Staging begins with a proposal. I’ll either preview the property in person or review listing photos to assess staging needs. If you choose to move forward, a signed agreement and payment are required before scheduling installation.
Design Services

Design Consultations will be paid services and scheduled in advance.

E-Design Services will be available with a structured payment plan. A percentage of the fee will be required to begin the design process, followed by installments for final deliverables.
